      You can find the Livingston HOA (aka The Hub) in the heart of the community. Easily accessible for all residents, The Livingston HOA is located at 1248 Livingston Way NE. If visiting the community, ask an ambassador at the front desk for a facility tour.

      The Livingston HOA is a not-for-profit company, which is incorporated and professionally operated, managed, and maintained. The Livingston HOA is responsible for the operations and maintenance of community assets, such as: entry features, amenities, and The Hub for the lasting enjoyment of its membership.       What makes Livingston different from nearby communities?
      Home to Alberta's largest HOA, Livingston stands out among northern communities due to its location along Centre Street, providing a direct route to downtown and easy access to major roadways like Stoney Trail and Deerfoot Trail. This makes commuting more convenient while still offering a modern, community-focused lifestyle.
      Do I need to be a resident to access the Livingston HOA?
      Yes, general access to the Livingston HOA is exclusive to Livingston residents. Some exceptions include select programming and events, non-resident rentals, guest access and facility tours. If you are a resident who does not have their member card, please contact info@livingstonhub.ca.
      Does Livingston have amenities beyond the HOA?
      Yes, there are several parks and playgrounds outside the HOA, along with a network of pathways throughout the community. There is also a large commercial area under development called Livingston Centre which will open soon. Once complete, it will offer over one million square feet of retail space, including grocery stores, medical services, fitness centres, and other everyday conveniences.
